Great coverage here from the BBC’s @Gordon Corera on the RUSI’s fraud impact report. It’s really encouraging to see the world is waking up. Fraud isn’t just a pesky distraction for payment services and bank security teams. It’s a matter of national security. The RUSI summarises well that fraud is “everyone’s problem but no-one’s priority”, and it’s high time this changes. The good news is that, technology, where insights into organised crime groups and their intentions are concerned, can remove this blindfold.
